Return Policies

Due to the nature of the product being a beverage & food, returns or exchanges at the customer's convenience will not be accepted in principle.
Please be aware when placing your order.

All products are visually checked before packing to ensure the wines depart in their proper condition.

In case wrong or defective products are delivered, Heavenly Vines will exchange them for correct products or accept a return within 7 days of the delivery.

Please note that we will not be able to accept returns or exchanges after 7 days from the date of delivery.

Delivery fee of Return

Heavenly Vines will bear the cost of returns and exchanges in case of exchange of defective products or exchange of incorrect product delivery. 
Please note we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons unrelated to defects or incorrect products being shipped.

Defective Product

In case there is a defective product, we will exchange it for a new or equivalent product after checking our inventory.
Please contact us by email or phone within 7 days of receiving the item. Please note that we will not be able to accept requests for returns or exchanges after 7 days.
