Heavenly Vines is a Canadian wine importer and wholesale distributor. We are a Japanese liquor licensee who can provide wines to liquor retail stores, restaurants/bars, as well as other wholesale distributors throughout Japan. 

BUSINESS WEB MEMBERSHIP

We offer Business Web Membership to wholesale customers, such as restaurants, bars, cafes, liquor retailers and wholesalers.
Business Web Members can purchase our products at wholesale prices on our website.
You can make a purchase from one bottle. Free shipping is applied for the orders above 11,000 yen (incl. tax).  Business members can also use aquired points for payment!

◆HOW TO REGISTER

1. Membership registration:  Please make an account on THIS PAGE

   • Please choose "Business" for the "TYPE", and indicate your business name in the "COMPANY" column
   • Please fill in the following information in the "CODE" column in the bottom of the page
     • For restaurants/bars: URL of your website
     • For liquor store/wholesaler:  URL of your website or  Liquor Sales License Number
   • We will contact you within 1-2 business days after registration
     • Please contact us from this form in case you don't hear from us.

2. Notification of registration completion: You will receive a notification that your Business Web membership registration is complete.

   • Wholesale prices will be applied after you receive the notice of your Business Web membership registration. Please note that retail prices will be applied until then.
   • We may ask you to submit additional materials if we are unable to confirm your business on your website.
   • If you are a liquor store/wholesaler, we may ask you to send us a copy of your liquor sale license additinally.
