Tasting notes
Its bright purple color has purplish hues. Ring complex of black cherry, blackberry and blackcurrant supported by spices such pepper and vanilla. Its mouth is slightly woody and generously fruity. Its fine tannic structure ensures it good length and persistence. Young drinking wine, but it can be put in the cellar for an aging of 3 to 5 years. Serve between 16-17 C.

Vinification
Rigorous selection of the most qualitative varietals, vinified separately in stainless steel tank. Malolactic fermentation is started in tank, but ends in barrel to make room for a careful breeding for a minimum of 13 months. 90% of barrels oak are French and 10% American. The wine will be bottle after assembly. Geographic Location Located in the heart of the Lower Laurentians, the vineyard has established its roots in climatic zone 5a very close to the 45th parallel. It benefits from a climate favorable to the cultivation of the vine and covers 16.5 hectares where 75,000 vine plants are cultivated with care.
