On Seven is a boutique winery located in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Niagara, Ontario, dedicated to producing high-quality, small-batch wines. Their focus is on sustainable and organic farming practices, with a strong commitment to minimal intervention winemaking. The winery is known for its elegant and complex Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, crafted from estate-grown grapes. On Seven takes pride in its attention to detail and the expression of terroir, aiming to reflect the unique characteristics of its vineyards in each bottle.

On Seven farms a mere 5 acres of vines - 50% each Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, so we are truly blessed to be able to make these available to our customers in Japan!
